I did not receive what I ordered. I needed DIN rail power supplies, but I was sent regular metal ones instead. Now I have to spend twice as much money. The seller was careless, and the explanation for sending the wrong items was very poor.

I am so sorry we couldn't satisfy you this time. However, you can see from the Alibaba trade assurance order and the products of this comment, and even the invoice I sent to you. All of them are and were showing what you ordered are encloesd type power supplies which should have remind you many times. And I also sent the picture of packing details before I sent the goods. Anyway I am sorry about this communication error order.
